Reviews describe Caffè Italia as a beloved, old school Italian cafe with a warm neighborhood vibe and a standout coffee program. The cappuccino and other espressos are repeatedly praised for balance and crema, with many saying it is among the best in the city. Cannoli, biscotti and fresh pastries pair well with drinks, and the panini and croissants are also highly recommended. The atmosphere is described as authentic and inviting, with lingering aromas of roasted beans and a sense of being in a traditional Italian cafe. Service is usually fast and friendly, though peak times can bring longer waits. The place is regarded as a local institution and a must visit for true Italian coffee and atmosphere, offering good value without sacrificing quality. While a few notes mention uneven service on busy days, the overall sentiment highlights top quality coffee, delicious treats, and a nostalgic, old world charm.
Happy we stopped here for a caffe & something to eat! The café has a really familiar feel to it & if we lived in the area, we'd be there all the time! Grazie mille e alla prossima volta!
Cafeteria like in Italy 😍. Once I visited this place & there was soup, it was delicious, I've been there other times & I haven't found the soup 😔. I also tried the paninis which were very good & finally the coffee 👌🏼. The coffee here is very good. Customer service always good 👏🏻.

Vintage Italian Cafe with excellent coffee & sandwiches Enjoyed a Mixed Cold Cut Sandwich on a Panini today which was excellent! My wife had the Capicolli & Mortadella Sandwich. Sandwiches come with marinated mushrooms, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, & Tomato. Can also have hot peppers added if you like. Excellent Service.
Excellent service, very kind staff/owner who went above & beyond for us. Place is super clean while also being *so* nostalgic. It's like someone's nonna's basement in the best way possible. The place was FULL of middle-aged Italians acting like they were in someone's living room. Busy but not at all uncomfortable. 10/10 what a unique & authentic place
