I had a ridiculously bad experience at Caféto. I was sold an old, dried-out slice of cake, & when I pointed it out, the woman at the counter handled it, argued with me, & refused to acknowledge the very obvious issue. After she denied a replacement, I asked for a refund, also refused.
In the end, she offered me a Danish at half the price, saying she would'have to throw out the cake & make up for it.' Essentially, I ended up paying for her inability to properly rotate, wrap, & maintain her pastries. Can't make this up!

I love this place. After shopping it's great to grab a coffee & relax. Mind you the atmosphere only gets 3 stars but that's only because its noisy, in a shopping mall.
The servers have always been nice to me, service with a smile & they give me extra soy or oat milk & oblige with shaking the cartons.
I haven't had food here but what do you expect for a quick bite in a mall?
I will continue to go here.

I found this Cafe because I was looking for muffin plus. I visited muffin plus three years ago but couldn't find it this trip to Montreal. Nonetheless, Cafeto did not disappoint. The food was so good. My family & I enjoyed every bite. We will be back! Price was good too.

J'ai été bien servi par une personne sympathique & souriante mais j'ai fait l'erreur de commander un smoothie pêche qui était très sucré avec un goût très chimique. Il n'y avait aucun vrai fruit dans ce smoothie. Il donnait très soif. C'était tellement mauvais que j'ai tout jeté malgré le prix de 7$CAD taxe & pourboire compris.

I'm not a coffee guy, so I'm not an expert, but I really did enjoy my experience at this mall café.
I had to get my phone fixed next door, & had time to kill, so I ordered an oolong tea, & booted up my laptop to salvage my workday.
Super friendly & efficient ladies behind the counter, even with a lineup of confused old geezers it went smoothly. There are a few tables to have your drink, & free wifi.
One of the ladies behind the counter offered to refill my cup with hot water, & I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, it was pretty good & prices were fair.
They had sandwiches & pastries too.

leur café est tout simplement DÉLICIEUX. les produits pour manger avec le café sonts aussi tres bon.nul besoin de mettre beaucoup de creme ou sucre dans ce café.

Why do you have smoothies in your menu if you can't make them? Opted for a bagel instead but it came with rotten spinach.

First impression, the staff was not friendly. They did not even say hello, thank you or smile the whole time & showed the attitude when I asked the price of one item again. Perhaps, it was not good morning for them. The cookies was very hard, brownies were dried. I ordered capuccino small size, it was indeed super small, only finished after 3-4 small sips.

La dame était très sympathique & nous a servi en français. Par contre, ce commerce ne respecte pas la réglementation municipale: les couvercles des verres à café ne sont pas recyclables...
