Si le service est perçu comme attentif par beaucoup, quelques visites signalent une lenteur lors des heures d'affluence et des incohérences occasionnelles, mais l'expérience globale reste très positive et donne envie de revenir. L'atmosphère cosy et le décor raffiné, parfois agrémentés d'un jazz doux, créent un cadre relaxant et convivial qui attire locaux et visiteurs.
Came in as a group of 5. Atmosphere is warm & welcoming. Ate our fill with delicious & well presentable food. Definitely recommend the Shakshuka paired with your favourite coffee.
Absolutely amazing place!! Stunning interior with wonderful artwork. Incredible coffee & pastries!!! We will definitely be back!
P.S. We are back again in this absolutely fantastic place! This time we had their brunch. It was something incredible!! The Norwegian breakfast & Shakshuka were absolutely amazing!! & as for the homemade lemonade- you have to try it! I highly recommend this absolutely amazing small family coffee shop!!!!
P.S.S We were very pleasantly surprised that there is a ban on the use of computers here!! There is a lot of space for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere, read books or have a lively conversation!!🤩😋

I was at the Montreal Convention center to attend an event. Came here as it came highly recommended on google search. The girls working there are most unfriendly & unwelcoming! The table next to me had the same opinion. When you order food at your table you are required to pay & also tip even before the food arrives which was wired. The avacado toast was very good & so was the cappuccino!

Le personnel est très aimable & attentionné.Le café est excellent - riche en goût & parfaitement préparé.Les pâtisseries maison étaient délicieuses, surtout le croissant aux amandes !😋Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les amateurs de bon café & d'ambiance tranquille.🫶🏻❤?

What I especially appreciate is the owners' smart decision to have a no-laptops policy. It keeps the place feeling like a true café rather than a makeshift office, so no one hogs a table all day with just one coffee. Even when it's busy & all seats are taken, the turnover is quick & fair - you can always wait comfortably for a spot without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for great food in a relaxed, social vibe!!

A wonderful place to eat deliciously & have a good time. I came here by chance & was pleasantly surprised by the service & atmosphere. The food is fresh & very tasty, the drinks complement everything well. The staff is very friendly & the service is at the highest level. I highly recommend this place.
Me & my husband loved everything about this cafe! The cafe was clean, the food & drinks were delicious, but most importantly, the staff was amazing… They made as feel welcomed! Highly recommend to everyone to visit Cafeterra!

I love this place! I go here regularly when I visit Montreal. Everything I've tried there is delicious & the atmosphere is super pleasant & comfortable! Strongly recommend!
Excellent experience for our family on our visit here to Montreal! Lovely atmosphere & delicious food. The staff was excellent & we would recommend this spot 10x over to anyone visiting old Montreal!
I visited this cafe for a small bite during my short visit to Montreal. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich & a Cappuccino. Both were just excellent & the service was top notch & very cordial atmosphere. I definitely recommend this cafe for every visit.

Amazing place with a very delicious food & grateful portions for a very reasonable prices. It's a perfect spot to sit & enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Also I'd recommend to try their mini cinnamon rolls in case if you prefer sweet bites as me.
