I come here for order , I say hello but staff don't speak, after I ask her for vegetarian options, but she don't explain me. Then, we order hot chocolate & bread , I buy some sweets also, but she put Everything on desk, don't say nothing like your order is ready or no. She take all things for cleaning. After wait I ask her my order is complete or no. I go from there upset mood. But when I open order is not complete . Because I order two cheese sandwiches, I found only one. I have too much bad experience with this coffee shop.
Le café est très bon ! Cependant la barista est vraiment hautaine & arrogante ! On a attendu 20 min pour notre café à emporter & elle servait d'autres clients en parallèle!

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires négatifs, mais cette fois-ci je me sens obligé de le faire. Mon expérience au Café Velours a été très décevante.
Le service à la clientèle était malheureusement très faible : peu accueillant, manque d'attention & aucune réelle volonté d'améliorer l'expérience. On avait presque l'impression de déranger.
Côté nourriture, c'était correct sans plus. Rien de catastrophique, mais rien qui donne envie de revenir non plus, surtout compte tenu du prix.
Je laisse ce commentaire en espérant que la direction prendra le temps d'améliorer la qualité du service, car l'expérience client devrait être une priorité.
Café Velours is by far one of my favourite cafés in Montreal (definitely in my top 3, & I've tried many). The ambiance is cozy & welcoming, the baristas are genuinely kind & personable, & the Lebanese bites are absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the muhammara, zaatar pizza, & babaganoush. The coffee is excellent too. Honestly, the friendly staff & lovely atmosphere alone make this place worth stopping by!
I always walked by this coffee shop, them one day with my friend we discovere decided to go in & we felt in love with the ambiance, the kindness of the servers. Since we go back every weekend. Lovely place.
Les cafés & la nourriture sont très bons! Assez petit cependant alors si tu arrives en après midi la fin de semaine, il se peut qu'il n'y est plus de place pour s'assoi
Mon café préféré lorsque je désire lire ou travailler! L'ambiance est cozy & confortable, ça sent bon & leur latte rose cardamone est toujours réconfortant!
