Loved this place! The café is beautiful, clean, & very hygienic, with a warm & welcoming staff. Everything we tried, from breakfast to dessert, was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Nargeesi Omelette, Albaloo polo, & the Kadaif Cake. They also have a lovely patio, which is perfect for outdoor seating. Definitely worth a visit!
Absolutely amazing experience! The food quality was outstanding, & every dish reminded me of the authentic flavors of Iran. The atmosphere, decoration, & overall ambiance made me feel like I was back home. Everything was beautifully designed & full of Iranian culture. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. I visited Café Toranj with my mom, & it was our very first experience with Persian cuisine. The food was absolutely exquisite - full of flavor & beautifully presented. The service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, & the ambience of the restaurant made the whole evening feel special. I highly recommend Café Toranj & look forward to returning often!

Absolutely delicious food! The flavors were rich & authentic, & everything was so fresh. The saffron cake was incredibly moist & full of flavor - paired perfectly with the tea. The service was also wonderful - warm, attentive, & welcoming. Toranj is a great spot for anyone craving quality Persian cuisine. Highly recommend!
We visited this Iranian brunch spot & had a great experience. The place was cozy & welcoming, & the food was fresh & well-prepared.
We tried two dishes:
Nashtaei 2 - A mix of potato pudding (Do Piazeh), lentil soup, a Persian-style omelette, & pinto beans, served with tea or coffee. Everything was flavorful & comforting.
Nashtaei 3 - A savory plate with sausage & tomato mixture (Bandari), boiled eggs, potato pudding (Do Piazeh), & pinto beans, also paired with tea or coffee.
The service was friendly & excellent, & the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere & cozy ambience.
One thing we missed was the saffron ice cream, but we'll definitely be back to try it.
If you enjoy good food with rich flavors, this place is worth a visit! Highly recommended.
This has to be one of my top 3 cafes in Montreal!! The service, the ambiance, the culture, it's just amazing. I'm here once a month at the least, so I highly recommend. The nashtei is my top pick, my friend said « this meal changes lives »
What a great discovery! We stopped by in a rush in the morning. It was 9h30, & they were not even open, but the guy let us in & served us coffee. I had the almond/pistacchio latte, & it was one of the best lattes I've had in a while!
We went back later after our appointment for ?lunch. The food was simply amazing, tasted delicious, a generous portion, well made, tasted like homemade food but very well presented. My mom had a colorful rice & lamb, & I had the celery/mint lamb. Both were delicious.
The desserts were also very good.
The service was great, & the server was very friendly.
I highly recommend the place for coffee & lunch.
