Their energy bites are mighty, all home made.

What a beautiful cafe!! Best matcha latte in town! Smoothie bowl was delicious! Staff was super friendly & attentive! Looking forward to stopping by again the next time I'm in the area.

Treat your body well by going here for breakfast 💚. Delicious, nutritious & beautiful smoothie bowls. The menu created by a naturopath is what I wished for & couldn't find it anywhere in the city: health-conscious, sugar-free menu including adaptogens & superfood.
