J'ai visité votre café aujourd'hui & j'ai beaucoup apprécié le service ainsi que l'atmosphère simple & chaleureuse de l'endroit.
Étant un passionné de café, & particulièrement d'espresso, j'ai toutefois trouvé que l'espresso présentait une acidité assez marquée. À mon avis, le café utilisé semble être torréfié dans un style davantage adapté aux méthodes douces qu'à l'espresso traditionnel.
Je me permets de suggérer d'essayer un café de torréfaction plus foncée, dans le style italien, qui offre généralement un espresso plus équilibré, avec davantage de corps, de douceur & des notes chocolatées appréciées par de nombreux amateurs d'espresso.
Cette remarque n'enlève rien à la qualité de l'accueil & du service, que j'ai trouvés excellents. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès pour la suite.

Had the mocha with milk, it was delicious! The complimentary piece of sfouf was so good & I'm definitely ordering a big piece next time. They have water & free wifi, & take tap to pay. Definitely coming back!

I had the pistachio latte (which was great, what a treat) but I think after ordering it decaf it might have been caf. (I was flying for hours!) Nice toast too. A little pricey. Great atmosphere for working or reading, with cool furniture & areas to sit, & a vintage rack.
