"Ice coffee and ice tea took 20 minutes. Was delivered with all the ice melted. Clearly they forgot to bring and was just sitting around. When asked if about my ice coffee and ice tea having only melted ( one remaining mostly melted icecube ) was told it's what I ordered... Pretty rude."
