As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of Canada, I hired a car when leaving Montreal, but had to stop here for a Mocha. Real good coffee & cool vibe.
Completely overrated… ok, I see why it's considered iconic, but it's mostly overpriced food & coffee of dubious quality. The artsy vibe is undoubtedly there, but not enough to make me want to come back :

A truly great find. The inviting vibe & fresh food made for a wonderful meal. I loved the quality of the ingredients & the variety of choices. The service was excellent, & the staff were so helpful. An unforgettable experience that I'll be recommending to all.
Pretty nice coffee & good vibe. The decor is noce & the wood elemants give a calm feeling. It is not that loud so if you want to work it can be done. The staff is friendly & gets the order right every time. Good job.,
The place to be for a late night study sesh. Vibes are great, could be a tad cleaner, but some could say it's part of the charm.
Come here often regardless, drinks are good as is the food.
The moment you walk in, this café gives off a creative, slightly quirky energy that you notice right away. It doesn't try to be minimalist or trendy, instead, it embraces a bold, artistic style that makes the place feel alive & full of character.
One thing I really loved: it's very laptop-friendly. There's plenty of space, lots of seating options, & many electricity outlets for laptops. You can easily spend hours here, working, studying, or even playing chess. Or you can simply sit back & enjoy the atmosphere, which is cozy, creative, & never boring.
They even have a second floor with a nice view of the space below, perfect if you want to work quietly while still feeling connected to the café's energy.
I tried their drink, & while the latte was just okay, the overall vibe of the place made the visit worth it.
Incredible place for work, relaxing, or just hanging out. Food is nothing amazing but it really doesn't matter at all. & it's open until 11pm, & they even have beer & wine. So happy this place exists!

Lovely atmosphere, staff, & clientele; the music is a bit loud but the good vibes make up for it, & it's open late! New favourite place to conspicuously read Marx.
A vibe & a half. Movie theater with coffee. Cubby & a coffee. Chess & coffee. Study & coffee. Outdoor patio chillin & coffee. Stop many vibes to catch here & the ambiance is very young, creative & nice. Staff take their time with each cup & are super friendly. I ordered a decaf latte with soy & the portion was the largest ice ordered anywhere, like ever. I also tried the chocolatine. The pastry wasn't so good but it all balanced out. Highly highly recommend for wifi working or just chilling.
Cafe has a cool vibe. The music is insanely loud though. How is anyone supposed to concentrate? Ruins the atmosphere completely. Will not be coming back.
Simple, unfussy food & snacks - baked goods are 🔥 (banana bread + everything from Cheskie's in particular) - lovely loose leaf tisanes & an all round stunning vibe. Love doing work on the mezzanine overlooking those below with haughty glances. Haven't yet made it to one of the cosy nooks as they're in high demand but nevertheless this place never fails to fulfil my every cafe need: chill, work, gossip.
