"I have had great experiences at other locations of this cafe-friendly service and delicious, hot lattes. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to that standard. The service here left rushed and inattentive, and the latte wasn't hot or well prepared as I've come to expect. It is disappointing , because I know how good this cafe can be when done right."
