My husband stepped in the line to order coffees for us. I REALLY needed to use the washroom, so I asked one of the ladies for the washroom key code. The answer: You have to order first. I explained that my husband was already in line but that it was quite long…. Still no. I read another review where someone reported the same thing & read the answer from management which I found to be inappropriate (so no need to reply to me, thank you.). Nothing I have ever heard of or experienced.

Il y a plusieurs saveurs de cafés, thés, tisanes & chocolats chauds. On peut choisir parmi les divers laits (vache, avoine, riz, etc.) offrant ainsi des options pour les gens avec restrictions alimentaires.
C'est un très bon endroit pour étudier, prendre une boisson chaude entre amis, tenir une réunion d'équipe ou s'y prélasser seul.
On peut demander un code pour obtenir le Wi-Fi gratuit pendant 3 heures.

J'adore aller à ce café pour étudier, comme la plupart des étudiants. Comme c'est un lieu populaire, les banquettes & les grandes tables sont peu souvent disponibles, mais elles sont confortables. Les employés sont très gentils & le café est bon.
We visited Cafe Morgane & ordered three cappuccino glaces. After receiving our order, we left & took a sip on the way out. To our disappointment, they were quite liquidy. My sister, who frequently visits Cafe Morgane, immediately recognized the issue as being unusually watery. We drove back & asked the employee to remake the glaces. They informed us it would take 15 minutes, likely because the machine was still processing the ice. Despite our haste, we tried to remain optimistic. However, we waited for nearly 35 minutes. Finally, we approached them again, noting the lack of customers & the employee's apparent disinterest. To our dismay, the employee who was laughing when we asked only provided us with one cappuccino glace for the three liquid ones, plus the extended wait. My sister was so disappointed, as her expectations were high for visiting their branches often. She will likely reconsider her frequent visits to Cafe Morgane. The experience left us feeling undervalued as customers, & we hope the management addresses these issues to improve their services.
Très beau service, excellent café! Un jeune homme & une jeune fille nous ont répondu, accueillants! Une très très belle présentation sur le café, des biscuits exquis aussi! Un petit arrêt sur le chemin du retour après une dure journée de travail, aucun regret!
La jeune femme qui m'a servi ce matin à la succursale sur le boulevard des Forges devrait se demander si ça lui plaît de travailler. Un air bête, pas de sourire & le dos courbé... Ça donne pas le goût d'y retourner du tout.
