Cafe Milano offre une ambiance chaleureuse et animée, avec un accent fort sur le café, les pâtisseries et les sandwichs italiens. La carte propose des options allant du poulet et du thon aux grands sandwichs à la saucisse italienne et au bœuf, avec des choix végétariens et véganes, ainsi qu'une variété de desserts tels que cannoli, crème glacée à la pistache et un gâteau Ferrero Rocher. L'atmosphère est cosy et vivante, le personnel est chaleureux et le service généralement rapide, bien que l'endroit puisse être bondé et un peu bruyant et le stationnement peut être difficile. La qualité est saluée pour le pain frais, les produits bien préparés et le café savoureux, et le personnel de plusieurs emplacements est décrit comme sympathique, même si certaines visites font état d'un service parfois inégal. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre avec un café, travailler ou retrouver des amis, avec des pâtisseries et cannolis en vedette et le Milano special souvent mis en avant, et il est aussi ouvert tard, pratique pour une visite en soirée.
Certains endroits servent de la nourriture. D'autres servent les gens. Ici, on fait les deux-& de façon exceptionnelle.
Some places serve food. Others serve people. This place does both-& does it exceptionally well.
I've now been to Cafe Milano twice in the same week-once for lunch & once for dinner-& I can honestly say this place is something special.
The atmosphere is vibrant & full of life. It's always packed, but never feels chaotic. If you're willing to wait a few minutes, you'll find a seat-& it's absolutely worth it. There's a real sense of community here, with people from all walks of life simply enjoying being there.
The food & coffee are excellent across the board.
The coffee is perfectly done. The sandwiches are fresh & thoughtfully prepared-fresh buns, high-quality meats, crisp vegetables, & small details like pickles & a drizzle of oil or sauce that bring everything together. I had a zeppole (ricotta pastry), & it was delicious.
Even the poutine-while not traditional (grated mozzarella instead of curds)-was very well executed: perfectly cooked fries, rich & balanced gravy, & great overall flavor.
What truly sets this place apart is the service & culture.
You can tell right away-these people love what they do. The team is attentive, kind, & incredibly efficient. They take your name & somehow find you in a full room, which is impressive on its own.
As someone who doesn't speak French, I appreciated how welcoming & patient everyone was. Every interaction made me feel comfortable & taken care of.
Also worth noting: despite how busy it is, the place is consistently clean & well maintained. Tables are constantly being wiped, floors are kept in good condition, & the whole operation runs with focus & excellence.
I genuinely wish we had something like this in Calgary-I'll miss it.

The atmosphere & service is exquisitely parallel to the food & drinks, not to mention, their unbelievable sandwiches & pastry selections.
Very uplift cozy environment, with courteous staff waiting to serve meticulously prepared produce.
Dietary restricted guests can enjoy the super Tuna Sandwich, &/or vegetarian/vegan salads, sandwiches & beverages.

Sandwiches, fries, service & atmosphere have never disappointed. A place to go if you want to be surrounded by people & feel energy & action, at any time of the day, or night!
A great wide pleasant coffee shop, with a lot to offer! A cute terasse, great variety of desserts/pastries & even sandwiches & salty treats. The place is huge, great to chill in a group or work alone. Service was excellent!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Great vibe. Tons of parking. We love coming here. The coffee & desserts are amazing. The sandwiches also did not disappoint. We'll be back ☺?

Sandwiches definitely not good Spicy without any info about it, not a good taste either, sandwich bread too simple & boring Coffee normal Maybe trying other things here would be ok? Anyway don't recommend the sandwiches AT ALL
I really like this place but the past two times ordering on Uber our sandwiches were wrong. Charged for cheese, no cheese. Asked for no hot peppers, peppers were put on then taken off & the remains of the hot was left on the sandwich. You even check off what you don't want & we also wrote in the special instructions.

Went for lunch today, ordering process took a while, I guess it was noisy. I was with 2 friends, we ordered our sandwiches, fries & they ordered coffee & desserts. We sat outside in the terrace. Within 5 minutes my friends' coffee & desserts arrived, odd? Within 15 minutes our sandwiches & drinks arrived, but no fries - we mentioned it to the server who said "no problem, coming soon" . We waited close to 20 minutes & asked another server for the fries (our sandwiches were eaten), server went inside, then back to us & said we didn't pay for them, but they will be out soon & we would need to pay inside. We waited another 15 minutes & my friend went inside to ask why we were waiting - seems my friend had to pay before being served the fries. Bottom line, the food was very good, service was friendly, but they seem to be a little dis-organized - Our 30 minute lunch break turned into over an hour. BTW, we arrived near 1:30 PM. Yes, I will go back, but I will be very specific when ordering! LOL. :)
Excellent service & rapide. Tout est très bon les sandwiches les viennoiseries le café. C'est vraiment un parfait endroit, je vous le recommande vivement!
