Ordered chicken cutlet sandwich. Disappointing. I never knew chicken could be sliced so thin. They compensated by putting too much condiments.

Café hyper sympathique pour venir passer une soirée entre potes, travailler un apres-midi ou regarder un match de foot avec une super ambiance!

Menu diversifié & les cafés sont tres bons.
Vaste choix de patisseries/sandwiches/boissons.

Propose une super belle terasse en été. La salle a mangé est spacieuse, peut accueillir beaucoup de gens.

L'ambiance est géniale surtout durant la coupe du monde. ⚽?🏆

Gros point positif sur le fait que le café est ouvert tres tard! Il ferme à 2h du matin. Tres rare de trouver ca ici.

20+ $ for a sandwich slow service. 10 staff all walking around like headless chickens. Called in advance to order, no one answered the phone 😒 not going back....

Impressive! The best italian sandwich in town....the best pistachio ice cream in the world (I don't believe that I can find something better than that) we also tried the Nutella Bomba &...mmmmm.....we gota pray while we're eating soooo delicious it is. I didn't have the coffee but I was staring them preparing it & apparently it is amazing & very creamy. I didn't give 5 stars for the ambiance cause I prefer the other CafeMilano in Saint Leonard, just because it's more original, cozy.

Très déçu de mon expérience chez Café Milano. On a commandé 3 sandwichs & les trois n'étaient pas bons. L'escalope de veau avait un mauvais goût, le steak était très piquant alors que ce n'était même pas écrit sur le menu. J'ai même demandé en commandant ce qu'il y avait dedans & personne ne m'a dit que la sauce était piquante. Franchement décevant, autant pour la qualité de la nourriture que pour le manque d'information sur les ingrédients.

Bianca served me, a absolute sweetheart! She recommended a sandwich that was amazing, I can't remember the name but I guess if you meet her ask her for her order 😙 10/10 service, 10/10 sandwich !

Also for students outlets at the tables with the benches would be so nice!!!

Certains endroits servent de la nourriture. D'autres servent les gens. Ici, on fait les deux-& de façon exceptionnelle.
Some places serve food. Others serve people. This place does both-& does it exceptionally well.

I've now been to Cafe Milano twice in the same week-once for lunch & once for dinner-& I can honestly say this place is something special.

The atmosphere is vibrant & full of life. It's always packed, but never feels chaotic. If you're willing to wait a few minutes, you'll find a seat-& it's absolutely worth it. There's a real sense of community here, with people from all walks of life simply enjoying being there.

The food & coffee are excellent across the board.
The coffee is perfectly done. The sandwiches are fresh & thoughtfully prepared-fresh buns, high-quality meats, crisp vegetables, & small details like pickles & a drizzle of oil or sauce that bring everything together. I had a zeppole (ricotta pastry), & it was delicious.

Even the poutine-while not traditional (grated mozzarella instead of curds)-was very well executed: perfectly cooked fries, rich & balanced gravy, & great overall flavor.

What truly sets this place apart is the service & culture.
You can tell right away-these people love what they do. The team is attentive, kind, & incredibly efficient. They take your name & somehow find you in a full room, which is impressive on its own.

As someone who doesn't speak French, I appreciated how welcoming & patient everyone was. Every interaction made me feel comfortable & taken care of.

Also worth noting: despite how busy it is, the place is consistently clean & well maintained. Tables are constantly being wiped, floors are kept in good condition, & the whole operation runs with focus & excellence.

I genuinely wish we had something like this in Calgary-I'll miss it.
