You need to place your order at the counter & give your name. When your order is ready, someone is going to walk around the café looking for you by calling your name. It's a pretty noisy café so I find this method a bit inappropriate. It would easier if they would hand out pagers or give us a number to place on the table. Their salads & sandwiches are tasty & delicious. The fried are crispy & well-seasoned. They even have Beyond Meat for the vegetarians which is great. It's a bit pricey, however, it's a good option to have. Their coffee & gelato are also amazing.

They make very good gelato, love the mango flavor! & of course great Italian pastry like cannoli & lobster tail. It's very big inside.

The young workers here have such big egos. No'hello,' no'have a nice day'-they just look at you like you're nothing. The person who handed me my food didn't even look at me & immediately started talking to another employee instead. Customer service really needs improvement. West Island Milano is a much better place in my experience.
