We finally did it - we went to try what might just be the best smash burger in town! Yes, it's worth the trip to the east end of Montreal, in St. Léonard.

This place is truly a hidden little cafe, led by a certified chef, Claudio, whose culinary training clearly shines through in every bite.

My husband & I stopped in mid-afternoon for a little spuntino (snack). We shared the famous smash burger along with the off-menu special of the day - a roast pork sandwich - which was so generous we ended up bringing half home. Honestly, it's hard to say which we preferred; both were outstanding. The fries were excellent & the'secret sauce' definitely lived up to its reputation - finger-licking good.

While Claudio has perfected his signature smash burger, he consistently elevates his offerings with creative specials - sandwiches, pasta & meat dishes. Be sure to ask what's not on the menu that day - you won't be disappointed.

Claudio, well done. You are putting your culinary training to excellent use. Wishing you continued success. We look forward to coming back soon for another spuntino.

Discovered this restaurant by pure luck though searching for a coffee place. My friend & I went there & upon arrival, the greeting itself was a 5 star. I had a delicious latte for starters then had a smash burger while my friend a smash burger along with a salad. The fries were on point & the burger & spicy sauce were the perfect combo. Owners are so charming & their interaction with us customers was delightful. I highly recommend them as the food is fresh & tastes amazing! Finally had the pleasure of trying out this place & it does not disappoint. The burgers are to die for. They are fresh & homemade. The sauce is incredible. If you have not been to this place.
