I had the chocolate almond croissant & it was delicious beyond compare. Nothing like I ever had. The spinach scone & iced matcha latte were also exquisite. Must visit place !!! Reasonably priced for 2 pastries & 2 drinks about $30

I got the overnight oats, which were good. The only downside is that their to-go packaging, especially for iced drinks, could be better. Overall, it's a really cool spot to grab coffee & get some work done.
At my visit, I stupidly left my suitcase at my chair & the friendly staff kept it safe for several hours until I could return to retrieve it (& they didn't even laugh at me)
Stumbled upon this cafe as I was heading to my destination. Thought nothing of it & had no expectations but when entering, I immediately enjoyed the chill & vibrant atmosphere. I ordered an iced mocha made with 10%, my usual go-to during the summer. The drink was done in about 4 minutes, I kid you not, it was THAT good. It wasn't too sweet, not overly chocolatey, & the espresso beans perfectly complimented the drink; literally everything was at the right ratio. I had to go back to let the barista know & also purchased a bag of the beans they had used. If ever I go back to Montréal, I will definitely be coming back to café léo.

1-year post-review visit: went back Aug 6 for the same iced drink I bought in my original review, I was genuinely excited (I even purchased a different bag of beans to bring back home) until: a) I realized the barista taking orders punched in an Americano instead & b) the barista making drinks said they don't make mocha's with cream even after being told & acknowledging what my drink will be. Talk about embarrassing-the experience was a complete 180 as previously above. Even if the food looks great & the dining area is amazing, a café is only as good as the service provided & consistent drinks being made.
A very professional café with high-quality coffee beans & plenty of options. The drinks are always consistent, & you can also buy different types of coffee beans. They even sell some cute merch! There are lots of seats, making it a great place to spend the whole afternoon.
My favorite café so far! The drinks are super good & I love the'latte créatif' flavors that change every month, but are always delicious! The pastries are fine, they're worth buying the next day with the discount. I also love the café's decoration & atmosphere. The playlist is great for studying & there are a lot of tables & places to sit with multiple power outlets. The art exhibitions are always interesting to see as well. It's also very close to Berri-UQAM which is super convenient. It gets pretty busy, so I recommend going on'off hours' like early in the morning on in the afternoon.
Drinks are very pricy, but are perfectly brewed/pressed. Some of the best coffee I have had. Also, I accidentally dropped my drink after leaving, & upon going back to get another one, they re-made my drink for free.

I went in with my kids. I ordered an Americano Jolly Roger & hot chocolate for them. The barrister asked if I wanted marshmallows for their drink, & I said yes. My son was so happy because he had 12 little delights in his hot chocolate. The staff were so helpful , generous, & nice. Ambiance was relaxed & quiet.
Such a cool space. Lots of seating, excellent selection of coffee to drink - & so many packaged options for home brewing too. One of my faves in this part of town.
