Le Café Lali, à Petite Bourgogne, donne l'impression d'une découverte charmante : un espace lumineux et calme avec un comptoir minimaliste, des étagères charmantes, de jolies tables en bois et un escalier en spirale qui confère au café un vrai caractère. L'ambiance est suffisamment calme pour se détendre, bavarder ou simplement savourer un café préparé avec soin, le macchiato étant décrit comme équilibré et soyeux. Un sandwich à la mortadelle est frais, généreux et savoureux, une base simple mais parfaitement exécutée. L'expérience repose sur une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service sans effort, le personnel étant accueillant, attentif et professionnel, ce qui donne une impression à la fois polie et sincère. L'association de bons produits, d'un cadre agréable et d'une énergie cosy fait de Café Lali une belle addition au quartier et cela vaut le déplacement, même si certains soulignent que l'espace peut être un peu petit et que l'écho peut gêner les conversations lorsque l'endroit est bondé.

Café Lali in Petite-Bourgogne is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon & then immediately want to keep for yourself. The space is beautiful without trying too hard: bright, calm, & warmly arranged, with a minimalist counter, charming shelves, lovely wood tables, & a striking spiral staircase that gives the café real character. There is a quietness to the room that makes it especially inviting-peaceful enough to relax, talk, or simply enjoy your coffee without feeling rushed.

I had a macchiato, & it was excellent: balanced, smooth, & clearly prepared with care. You can tell that coffee is taken seriously here. We also had the mortadella sandwich, & it was incredibly satisfying-fresh, generous, & full of flavor, the kind of simple-but-perfect café food that hits exactly the right note.

What really tied everything together was the atmosphere & service. The whole experience felt warm & effortless. The staff were welcoming, attentive, & professional, with that rare ability to make service feel both polished & genuinely kind. Café Lali has great products, a beautiful setting, & the kind of calm, cozy energy that makes you want to stay longer. A wonderful addition to the neighborhood, & absolutely worth a visit.

Fyi, It's very echo, so cozy, but not ideal for personal convo with friends...unless there's a lot of people to buffer your convo 😏

Cafe Lali is a fantastic cafe with beautiful art, excellent service, & fair prices. Love that we can walk to the cafe & enjoy a latte by the window next to artwork. Highly recommend!

The cafe looked nice; some artwork was presented, but the coffee cost $7, which I found expensive, & the coffee wasn't good. It is worth visiting for its beautiful big windows as the building was a bank.
