The pastries were excellent & they offered vegan options as well. I got a lemon curd croissant & the filling was sharp & tangy. So yummy! I also ordered an americano & it was okay, nothing out of the ordinary.

The biggest qualm I had was that I read up that this was a dog friendly spot. I brought my dog in to order my food & a coffee, but was told I wasn't allowed to have a dog inside the cafe. The barista brought my coffee outside to me, but I felt like I did something wrong by bringing him in.

I had planned to make this a frequent stop, but was left with an awkward impression & I'm not sure if I'd go back. I hope others have a better experience.

A cute cafe by a park. Their (matcha) & coffee was good & they had unique sweet treats & breakfast foods. We loved the cardamom cookie! There's not many tables inside-maybe 10 seats overall, & it was packed!

Really nice neighborhood cafe. Really good coffee - ordered a decaf latte. The place is super dog friendly... there are treats at the register & a dog park across the street. Really friendly service as well. But sure if they have wifi though & the space is tiny so not the best for study.

Lovely little cafe in the corner, coffee is tasty & service is very good. Environment is warm & nice. Merchandise featuring their logo is available. Kujira in japanese, means'whale'

My favourite neighborhood café! Cozy spot ideal for a quick coffee stop. They have limited seating inside, but there's a lovely park just across the street to enjoy your warm drinks.
