We had mutton soup which was the special for the day, it tasted amazing. Worth for the penny spent.
It's Total Disaster. Ordered 65 biryani & Dum biryani. Both are worst. The rice is broken & tastes very bad.. It's one of the worst biryani I ever had…
This happen February 14 my husband order a chicken biryani & chicken cury he said none spicy but they gave him a spicy one. Its fine if its medium spicy but they gave us a super spicy one. My husband ask to change it but they dont want to. They don't even bother to apologise instead get mad to my husband. I will never buy in this store.
I ordered food through DoorDash & the food was not even fresh & I have observed that the idly was like someone tried to eat or taste it (not sure what happened) I am really disappointed, someone suggested me that food would be fresh so I ordered it but ended up throwing away food in garbage.
Food was incredible, portions were generous, reasonably priced, service was great, will be coming back regularly!!
I am writing to report a bad experience I had with one of your cashiers. When I asked her a few questions, she responded in a very rude & disrespectful manner. She mentioned that she was closing, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome as a customer.
I understand that employees can be busy, especially during closing time, but customers should still be treated politely & professionally. I hope you can look into this matter & ensure better customer service in the future.
