Such a cute café with great coffee & amazing pastries. I think it looked better before the renovation, & I miss the restaurant next door that used to be part of Helico. It was beautiful & great for working or meeting friends in the morning.

Nous étions à la recherche d'un café pour un petit moment de détente. Arrivés sur place, nous étions un peu perdus, la seule indication du café est le nom écrit en petit dans la deuxième porte.
Le local est très petit mais il y a de la place disponible pour s'asseoir. Le café est bien entretenu & propre, mais les chaises sont pas mal abîmées & tachées.
J'ai commandé un matcha latté ainsi qu'un croissant aux amandes. Le service était bon, rapide & professionnel. J'ai été agréablement surpris qu'il y ait un service au table dans un petit commerce comme celui-ci.
Une fois mes articles arrivés, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité de mon matcha latte ainsi que le beau souci du détail du design, il était délicieux. Par contre, mon croissant est arrivé froid & sec, j'ai dû faire la demande pour qu'il le réchauffe. Une fois chaud, il était délicieux & gourmand.
La musique du café apporte une ambiance calme & détente, ce qui est recherché d'un café, mais tout a été chamboulé au moment où deux clients sont arrivés avec leurs chiens dans le café. Mon angoisse a augmenté & un gros inconfort s'est installé lorsque les deux chiens se sont mis à me fixer manger mon croissant à moins d'un mètre de moi.
Mon expérience était géniale jusqu'au moment où l'ambiance de tranquillité a été gâchée. Les animaux devraient être interdits à l'intérieur d'un café. À cause de cet évènement, je suis ambivalente à l'idée de revenir.
Suggestion pour tous ces café bars en ce retour de l'automne & de ses virus. Je réclame l'accès sur place à des gels désinfectants pour les mains des clients & des serveurs qui toussent tout en servant des cafés aux clients.
Petit café de quartier.
Le cappuccino est super bon & les viennoiseries sont excellentes. Mention spéciale à l'employée qui m'a commandé les croissants choco-noisettes au téléphone pour mon chum. On ne voit vraiment pas ce niveau d'aide & de service partout! Je suis impressionnée (d'autant plus qu'ils sont délicieux). 💚💚Bravo ! PS: bien hâte d'y retourner pour essayer le sandwich déjeuner.
** On ne peut pas consommer sur place (pas de table) mais il semblait y avoir une terrasse pour l'été !
Le café, le scone sucré & le sandwich déjeuner sont toujours aussi bons, mais le Hélico n'est plus l'endroit réconfortant & lumineux qu'il était. Ce n'est maintenant qu'un comptoir.

Such a cute cafe & the employees were very friendly as well. I bought the matcha latte, which tasted great! We'll definitely be back to enjoy the food next time.
Vraiment notre café préféré du quartier depuis toujours. Depuis 2023 cependant, les portions ont vraiment diminué de moitié, une soupe à 10$ devrait quand même être un bol plus rempli....
Très bon café, j'ai goûté le latte à la citrouille & il est vraiment bien dosé. Ils proposent du lait de soja ou du lait d'avoine en plus du lait régulier.
Endroit super cozy autant su côté resto que tu côté café! La nourriture était vraiment délicieuse & ils avaient une bonne sélection de vin! Peut-être un peu bruyant à cause de la plonge & du passage récurrent du staff côté café, mais sommes toute nous avons passé un bel après-midi à travailler!

This is the dream corner cafe nestled in a quiet unassuming neighborhood. However, the offerings are anything but ordinary. The usual suspects of pastries don't disappoint, but the real distinctions are the savory dishes cooked from the same kitchen as the acclaimed sister restaurant Helicopter. You can taste a preview of it at Helico's abridged menu of small plates offered from morning through the afternoon, which means lunch can start as early as breakfast time. On my visit the plates du jour included potatoes with smoked egg, ratatouille with peaches, eggplant tempura with a miso cream, tomato salad with croissant croutons & kambucha dressing. Their coffee selections are also not to be overlooked, an essential accompaniment to the inevitable dessert.
Breakfast Sandwich with bacon is the best food I have ever eaten. I was recommended this cafe by a local, & he hit the nail on the head. The cashier was very kind & patient with me, & patiently helped me understand the menu as I don't speak French. She recommended me the sandwich, & I'm so glad she did! I sat to eat by the Cafe back of house entrance & was delighted to see the employees be so friendly with each other as they prepare the restaurant side for dinner service Phenomenal food, relaxing vibes 🥰
Best cafe in the area. Food & drinks are both amazing. Maybe the one thing I would say is that I got the chai latte & didn't really taste the chai very strong, but it was still pretty good honestly.
Such a fun cafe with excellent food & friendly service. We LOVED the tartare (best ever, to tell the truth- pictured is a 1/2 portion as we shared) & the little plastic dinos & farm animals lurking around in expected & unexpected places were darned cute. We also had the duck grilled cheese. It was also very good. Good coffee too!
