cafe green drip is THE best place to grab matcha in downtown mtl. it has a wide variety of flavours, from matcha to vietnamese coffee, & the quality of the matcha is one of the best out there (fyi their matcha latte is never too milky if you're picky about that!), + the staff are super friendly & welcoming so would 100% recommend (& maybe force) a friend to try this place!!

also loved their birthday cake matcha (the special flavour they did on their one year anniversary) i'm begging the staff to keep it as a regular item in the menu it's my favourite one!!

Cafe Green Drip never disappoints, always has the tastiest matcha! I love the place's atmosphere, the customer service & how well made the matcha is. The raspberry white chocolate is one of my favourites & it is a must-try in my opinion. They recently had a special birthday cake flavoured matcha for their one year anniversary & it was incredible as well, but unfortunately it's not available year round. I would absolutely love to see Cafe Green Drip incorporate it into their standard menu!

This is my absolute FAVOURITE place to get matcha in Montreal. Quality matcha, amazing flavours, always the perfect ratio of matcha & syrup, when you get your matcha you can add as much extra brown sugar syrup as you want, amazing customer service, perfect atmosphere. This place is absolute perfection. I will personally fund this place for the rest of my life. My fav matcha flavours are the strawberry matcha latte & blueberry cheese cake.

Also today I went & got the birthday cake matcha for their anniversary & it was DELICIOUS!!! It's the best flavour I have tried from here!!

I implore the owners to consider adding the birthday cake flavour to the regular menu please please please pretty pleaasseeee

10/10 would recommend this place!

I keep going back to this place because it soooo good their matcha is super strong & not too sweet. The flavours are also super good my top three are 1. butterfly pea coconut with matcha foam 2. banana bread matcha & 3. blueberry cheesecake. You can never go wrong with the strawberry & ube one tho! I also tried their coffee (as a coffee hater) & it was also good & very strong! Definitely recommend.

The workers there, Jenny & Ray, were really amicable. They offered us to try the flavoured syrups before ordering & even adjusted the amount of syrup after trying the matcha! Not to mention that the blueberry cheesecake matcha was delicious!

went in today & received TOP TIER service from a gentleman that was working. he was super knowledgeable on all of the flavours & was super patient as it was my first time at green drip. as someone who is a matcha lover this is definitely a must try. 💚

Got an iced blueberry cheesecake matcha latte with whole milk & it was really good! The drink is still very matcha forward despite the flavour.

Not a huge fan of not being able to order directly with the barista & the limited seating availability. More of a grab & go place. Would recommend nonetheless & planning on coming back to try their other drinks! :)

Edit : Do better !!! The quality went down so bad since opening. Look at the picture, cup full of ice !! I had literally 3 sips & it was already done. ):
I went for the grand opening & the drinks were quality. I've went back 4 times after that & I find the quality went down. The drinks taste really watery & there's barely any flavour or taste to it. Cups are filled with ice, so the drinks taste doesn't last for $9 :

It's cute inside & their drinks are pretty good. They have cool flavours & an extensive menu, but they do fill their drinks with a lot of ice & it's definitely pricey. Unfortunately their service is really not great. I went after their grand opening & the service was ok, but I found the staff weren't chatty & being forced to order on the screen isn't my favourite. However, I went this week & I unfortunately found the girl working there was rude. I had a question & she was not very friendly about it & on top of that she was on her phone the entire time she was making my drink! I understand it can be boring when the cafe is empty, but there's no need to scroll while whisking the matcha & using the blender. I did enjoy my drink, but service can definitely improve.
