This place is a great place for all times of occasions. The vibes are immaculate, the service is amazing & the food was great. We got the follow accompanied by our rating & comments.

Cesar Salad - 4.5/5 - Lettuce was crisp, tons of parmesan & the addition of anchovies was a nice.

Veal&Beef Meatballs - 3/5 - Flavour was good but the meatballs itself was very soft. Felt like mash potatoes.

Mushroom Truffle Pasta - 5/5 - Pasta was perfectly cooked, a variety of different mushrooms used & very creamy & flavourful. 100% recommend if you like truffle/mushrooms.

Lobster Risotto - 4/5 - Asparagus added a nice crunch but nothing to rave about. Lobster was slightly tough but overall well balanced.

A beautiful restaurant with a lot of promise however, the food for value was not there. The pastas were underwhelming for their price point & very small portions. The tiramisu was one of the worst I've ever had. The service was really good & everyone was kind!

Got a serious food intolerance or severe food allergy? Don't eat here!!! Wait staff don't take it seriously. I had my order served to me twice incorrectly - the first time a pasta with gluten despite disclosing I'm celiac, then another with sausage when it was requested that I don't want any.

Then to make it up to me, I was offered a dessert with HAZELNUT when I disclosed I had an anaphylactic allergy to it in my reservation & at the start of ordering. It was brought to me & if I had a bite, I would have been rushed to the hospital.

It's been 2.5 hours & I was not fed & nearly killed. So thanks for nothing!

Every dish was delicious & unique! Me & my partner loved the bone marrow dish which came with a brandy shot that she got to drink from the bone. We also loved the vintage Italian ambience & the excellent service. The staff also sent me a text after because they thought that I had left a pair of sunglasses behind. I did not, they belonged to another patron, but I appreciated their attention to detail & desire to create a good experience for their guests (even if they weren't mine lol). I will definitely come back to Figata again, the next time I'm in Montreal!

Bon resto italien-américain. Tout était bon mais je n'ai pas été épatée non plus considérant la gamme de restos italiens disponibles à Montréal. À essayer si vous êtes dans le quartier !
