Stopped briefly in the parking lot next to Starbucks after receiving the wrong order & needing a quick correction. I was planning on getting something to eat at café dépot right after. There were no visible signs indicating reserved parking or no parking. Within minutes, the owner confronted us very aggressively, threatened towing immediately, took photos of our license plate, & continued the confrontation even after we apologized & left. I understand protecting private parking, but the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. They then proceeded to ban me from their café dépot.

Staff & owners are very disrespectful! Never go here! You're better off waiting the line at the Starbucks right next door. Owners personally come harass you to get out of the parking if you are not buying anything even after just parking there for 2 minutes to ensure I don't endanger someone on the road! Never again!
