Je tiens à vous faire part de ma profonde déception à la suite de ma première visite dans l'un de vos établissements.

J'ai rarement reçu un service aussi médiocre. Lors de ma commande, j'ai demandé un frappé ainsi qu'un sandwich. Au moment de payer, on m'a affirmé que je n'avais jamais commandé de frappé. J'ai dû répéter ma commande à deux reprises avant qu'elle soit finalement prise en compte.

Lorsque j'ai reçu mon frappé, j'ai constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de crème fouettée, contrairement à ce qui est présenté sur les photos du menu. On m'a alors répondu qu'il s'agissait d'un extra que je n'avais pas demandé. Pourtant, à aucun moment on ne m'a informée que la crème fouettée était en supplément, ni offert cette option.

Le plus décevant demeure toutefois l'attitude du personnel, que j'ai trouvée condescendante & peu respectueuse tout au long de l'interaction. Au lieu de chercher à corriger la situation, j'ai eu l'impression que l'on remettait constamment ma parole en doute.

Il s'agissait de ma toute première visite chez Café Dépôt, & malheureusement, cette expérience a été si négative qu'elle sera également la dernière. Je trouve dommage qu'un premier contact avec votre entreprise laisse une aussi mauvaise impression.

J'espère que ce commentaire sera pris au sérieux afin que d'autres clients n'aient pas à vivre une expérience similaire.

Bien evidament que je recommende tout es bon cafe sandwichs biscuits muffins BLT boissons speciale vraiment vraiment une excellente place calme & apaisant encore une tres bonne expérience jadore cette place
