On arrive samedi le 6 juin, vers 11h45, il y a un lineup, ok on va attendre, on essaie d'appeler pour se renseigner dès délais, pas de réponses, on attends, on attends, il y avait minimum 20 tables de vides a l'intérieur, personne ne viens nous accueillir, ok on s'en va ailleurs! ... Au même avec un staff réduis vous pouvez asseoir la clientèle aux tables & leur dire qu'il y aura un délai au lieu de les laisser poireter dans l'entrée à la pluie!

🚲 Brûlerie très sympathique au bord de l'eau.

✨ La terrasse a été refaite & c'est un gros WOW ! 😍

🍽? Les repas y sont généreux & abordables, ce qui devient de plus en plus rare !

📍 À seulement 1 minute de la piste cyclable - faut y aller ! 🚴?♂?😄

Came here on a Tuesday evening with a couple of friends after hearing the coffee was worth the drive to Granby, & honestly it lived up to the hype. The single-origin pour-over I ordered was genuinely some of the best coffee I've had in the Eastern Townships, smooth & complex without being pretentious about it. The atmosphere was cozy & low-key, perfect for a casual catch-up, & the staff were friendly without hovering. We ended up staying way longer than planned, which is always a good sign.

Ambiance ok. J'ai commandé une soupe à l'oignon car on m'avait dit qu'il ne restait plus de potage. Elle est arrivée sans bouillon, croûton très mou & à peine chaude. 13$
