Toujours une excellente expérience ! Au lunch hier le Symbiose de tartare & Tataki était tout simplement sublime !!!! Magnifique présentation, la fraîcheur des aliments & l'équilibre des saveurs, un gros Wow !!

Toujours impeccable. Excellente table & service, prix raisonnable. Ambiance dynamique mais pas tonitruante :-) Un mini-bémol ? L'éclairage un peu intense en soirée. Je reviendrai bientôt, j'adore le Cherrier !!
