"Expectations: 20 cats willing to be petted, good food, everything clean and tidy. Reality: 30 people, mess with boots at the entrance, 5 cats (2 sleeping, one at the roof level, others come and go back to their shelter), tables and chairs are dirty (the staff clearly see it, just ignore until asked). Everyone obviously came here to pet the cats, so..."
