Cool cafe in Ville Emard, but not a fan of Barista brand coffee. Everytime a cafe uses those bans the coffee has a strong burnt smokey taste. They should try some independent brands roaster right around the corner at the canadian roasting society.

The coffee is delicious & has fun designs on it. It is quiet & perfect for studying, & they had a really good playlist for music. The food is good. The price is very reasonnable. There is a barbershop in the back but it is not bothersome. Minor complaint: not many working electric plugs to charge your macbook or phone.
Dropped into Beardlington Café yesterday to catch up with a friend & sneak in some work. It's the kind of place that makes you want to extend your'quick coffee' into a whole afternoon.
The space is surprisingly spacious (rare in Montreal cafés), with a cool, relaxed vibe that makes you feel instantly settled. Their coffee is legit great. No burnt aftertaste, no weird bitterness, just smooth, balanced, & exactly what you need to get into focus mode.
But the real show-stopper is the chocolatine.

Rich, buttery, flaky perfection. The kind you take a bite of & immediately regret not ordering two.
If you're looking for a spot to work, meet someone, or romanticize your life with a pastry, this place is definitely worth a stop.
Such a hidden gem! The food here is super fresh & full of flavor - every dish looks as good as it tastes 😍 The café itself is so aesthetic & cozy, with plenty of space to work or study comfortably. Perfect spot to spend a few hours with your laptop & a good coffee ☕?✨
& the coolest part? They even have a barbershop inside! 💈 So you can grab a bite, get some work done, & a fresh cut all in one place. Honestly, the vibes are immaculate.
Most iconic barbershop in the south west of MTL. Been going to their original location for 8 years. They recently opened up the coffee shop / barbershop. Coffee was good, haircut even better 😌 can't go wrong!
Beardlington is a great cafe & barber shop, a real gem in Ville-Émard! The coffee shop has a cool atmosphere, good drinks, & is reasonably priced. The barber shop is awesome. The team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & do a great job. I'd like to give Junior a shout out in particular, I really enjoy my regular appointments with him & am always pleased with the results!

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Delicious coffee, delicious food, great haircuts. Ivan (& really the whole staff) is so nice & attentive.
Gorgeous space, great service & just good vibes. Coffee was delicious which is a welcome addition to the area. Excited to try the food & come back regularly 🫶🏻 welcome to the neighborhood!

Simply the most amazing crew whether you go for a coffee or a haircut. The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends or to get some work done. The barbershop side is classy & well designed & their barbers always take care of their customers, providing them with incredible service. I would recommend this place to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Atmosphere was Chill, coffee A1 & haircut on Point.
The barber had a great vibe, so I told him go with the flow & he killed. Ask for Junior he knows what he's doing!
Great place for both a haircut & coffee! I come every few months, & Deo always does an excellent job. Cozy vibe, excellent coffee, & perfect if you bring someone along while you get your haircut.
I've been a client of the barbershop on Wellington for a few years & I was glad to see they opened a location closer to me!
Service is absolutely great wether you want a cut or some grea coffee they'll got you covered !!
