Il sert du cafe vietnamien, des rouleaux printemps vietnamiens, des sandwiches vietnamiens, des desserts, etc. Merci pour le bel accueil & service de l'equipe Cafe Beans. Allez les encourager. Au plaisir, Missy A.
I had only been to this place for a coffee before. A promotion on sandwiches caught my eye & I am happy to have tried their excellent spicy classic banh mi (pork belly & Vietnamese sausage) & a refreshing mango frappé. Also enjoyed a chat with both friendly staff & other customers.
Probably better known for the banh mi sandwiches & Vietnamese coffee, this place is in the heart of China town. The cortado was ok
Les sandwichs sont excellents.
Mais j'arrive de ville saint Laurent pour en prendre, il est 20h c'est fermé & ils notent qu'ils ferment à 21h30… pas cool pour les gens qui se déplacent
Really cute little family shop in Chinatown. The son greeted me & took my order, really friendly kid & it was nice to see what I think was 3 generations all working alongside. I ordered their banh mi & an espresso. Both were prepared right then & there in front of me. I got to sip on my espresso while they finished making my sandwich, it was hot & smooth, not bitter, just right. The sandwich came out & they wrapped it nicely. Good size sandwich for the price. Really really good, had a nice spicy kick to it, I was tempted to come back the next day to get another one. Super fresh vegetables & just a really refreshing & filling sandwich.
We had the spicy tofu banh mi & Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was really delicious, no complaints. The banh mi was so good, I don't have the words. I ate this sandwich on Monday & I've been thinking about it every day since. The marinade/sauce was so flavorful. It was the perfect a,out of spice. Bread was crispy & soft. The vegetables were fresh. Tofu was firm texture. Ingredient proportions were perfect. This was everything I'd ever want in a sandwich. At the risk of sounding like pretentious, last time I had banh mi this good, I was in Vietnam. Do yourself a favor & go try this place.
Very friendly service, however, the banh mi are more like Vietnamese inspired sandwiches.
So glad Chinatown has a proper café! Cozy space & a nice assortment of beverages & food - the cream puffs from Alice & Theo are delicious! They also have good deals on sandwich & coffee combos :)
Classic Pork Banh Mi sandwich is delicous ! Cute place, kind staff, highly recommended.
