J'adore aller déjeuner au café Aragon, ils réussissent d'une merveilleuse façon à mettre une tournure originale & authentique aux déjeuners classiques de restos déjeuner. L'équipe est super accueillante & vous sentir bienvenus dans leur restaurant. On y voit souvent les propriétaires discuter avec les clients & s'impliquer dans leur entreprise. Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est de savoir que le café partage des valeurs d'environnement, de respect de son équipe & d'économie locale, des éléments que je trouve particulièrement importants pour un restaurant. Dans mon top 3 de restos déjeuner à Sherbrooke!

Super belle terrasse avec de l'ombre pour le brunch! J'ai pris la crêpe aux pommes, elle était vraiment mince pour la quantité de pommes dedans, donc ce n'est pas resté chaud très longtemps. Le matcha était très décevant, ne gouttait pas vraiment le matcha mais que le lait d'avoine. La présentation des assiettes était très belle. Bon service!
