"I love their coffee and the atmosphere of books and couches. My only complaint is that often I walk in and no one is at the counter; I am not sure if that means they are understaffed but it had happened too often to be a coincidence. I usually go for the mocha...and their breakfast sandwich but the machine has been broken for awhile it seems."
