Very traditional with the layout, the atmosphere, & the food.
Cannot get a table on the spot; reservations are a must.
They have big tables for large groups, & high chairs are available.

We loved enjoying this local tradition with our Montreal friends! The menu was comfort food! Family style dining featuring some of the best bacon I've ever had! & be sure not to miss the toffee while sitting around the fireplace!

Tout était très bon. La meilleure omelette que nous avons goûtée. Petite cabane intime, avec exterieur bien aménagé.
On y retourne l'an prochain, c'est certain.

Bacon a volontée !! Nourriture rien a dire tu mange a ta faim & tout a laire belle & bien fait maison. Pour les attractions, il manque des animaux un peu dactiviter pour les jeunes.. fais 2 fois jy vais & les 2 fois pas de tour de tracteur de disponible & tres petit parc pour les enfants sinon belle experience

Bien été servis par un qui connais bien la place.
Il y a quelques animaux de ferme.
un foyer extérieure, bonne tire extérieure.
Le site étais bien, j'ai pas tout visité, mais s'était bien, & pas trop gros, comme certaines grosse cabanes à sucre.

Bouffe:
Cretons: plutôt sec & petite quantité servis, faux en redemandé.
Soupe aux pois : l'une des meilleurs & même la meilleur jamais mangé. Bonne quantité de pois & bien épicés surtout (pas du tout comparable à la soupe aux pois Habitant juste pleine d'eau & pkein de sale amidons modifié pour épaissir car pas assez de pois dans la cane de Habitant).
Fèves aux lards : excellent & bonne consistance
Omelettes : bonne omelette, pas aussi gonflé que certaines que j'ai connu, mais surement l'une sans additif pour la faire gonflé.
Bacon : excellent!
Bajoues de porc fumé : excellents!
Jambon : bien bon!
Oreille de crisse : les meilleurs, assez mince & pas dur à les croquer, manger!
Saucisses dans le sirop : bon (faut pas trop en demandé aux saucisse normal, hihihi
Saucisses de bajoues à l'érable : première fois gouter à cela & elle sont super bonne, à essayer!
Patates rôties : elle sont bien bonne!
Les condiments étaient bien aussi (Ketchup aux fruits, Cornichons, Betteraves, Oignons)!

Desserts : J'ai pas tout essayé les desserts (je surveille mon poids & bien mangé avant le dessert, j'ai essayé certains à mon choix:
Tarte au sucre : s'étaie bien.
Tarte aux pommes : correct.
Pouding chômeur : bien bon.
Crêpes : pas essayé.
Mousse à l'érable : Très bonne & comme un nuage
Oeufs dans le sirop: pas essayé.
Café & thé : pas essayé.
Tire sur neige : bien bonne
