Just dined at Burger Fiancée for the first time. The food was absolutely fantastic! Really, some of the best Vegan food I have had in a restaurant. We had the cheeseburger & the truffle burger with sides of poutine & Parmesan truffle fries & the brownie with ice cream & berries for dessert. The buns are so soft & fresh & the pickles are sour, the proportions are burger perfection, honestly some of the best burgers I have ever had. Period. The poutine was so nostalgic - made with waffle fries & the brown sauce spot on, the parm fries, with a delicious truffle aioli, were scrumptious & the dessert was excellent as well. The service was attentive, warm & friendly. The place was hoppping, with a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to return when we visit Montreal again this summer!
Went here for dinner & was looking for a yummy burger, this place didn't disappoint & I was very happy. Plenty of options & you can choose what burger patty you'd like. The suprise hit was the poutine, the best one I've had so far. Cocktails were good & nice atmosphere, will be back for more.

Fantastic vegan food. Was in Montreal for a couple of days, & visited Burger Fiance twice. Fast service. Delicious food. Had a burger & poutine. So good. Wish I was eating there as we speak.
So delicious that my fiancée & I ate here TWICE during our long-weekend trip! The vegan pulled pork poutine left a lasting impression on me to the point that I ordered the vegan pulled pork sandwich later in the week. My only regret was not ordering two of them! I will be thinking about this place often between now & when I go back...
First time: The decor is cute & staff were nice. The souvlaki gyro sandwich is delish. pretty good poutine & hot chocolate
Second time : I had the mama mia. It wasn't Italian (just had arugula & breaded & fried orange sliced cheese) so I was thrown off by that but it was still alright. The waiter came by to ask me how I found things & I gave him my feedback but it's apparently a top pick amongst customers so I said they shouldn't change it just for the people who aren't big fans. Also the waitress who seated me & took my order was a bit rude & impatient so I told him about that too & he thanked me for the feedback politely which made it less stressful. It's fine, I'll still be back to try the other menu items. The fries were so good this time
Third time: I had the faux salmon burger & fries & my friend had a strawberry mocktail. The food was delicious & the environment is really pleasant at the seats near the window in the afternoon. I honestly have no idea what I was eating but it tasted kind of like fish & looked exactly like cooked salmon. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly. I usually get stomach ache from mushrooms if they're not cooked properly & I didn't get one , yay 😅
Fourth time: I got the burger with mushrooms, truffle, onion rings, arugula & impossible patty. It was seriously delicious! I also had a refreshing pineapple mocktail. My friend had a mint mocktail & the same burger & really liked it & they made it on a special grill for him to accommodate his allergies. The music was fun :) I like the fries but I think they can be improved. They taste a bit too overcooked & salty
I was really happy to find Burger Fiancé in Old Montreal because it's not easy to come across a good vegetarian poutine. This place serves only vegetarian poutines & burgers, which makes it a perfect spot for someone like me. I tried their vegetarian poutine & it was delicious - the fries were crispy, the cheese curds melted just right, & the gravy was full of flavor without being too heavy. The vibe of the restaurant is casual but welcoming, & the staff were friendly & helpful in explaining the menu. If you're looking for vegetarian comfort food in Old Montreal, this place is definitely worth a visit.
My partner & I have ordered from Burger Fiancé, & dined at this location before. While we have enjoyed the food many times & raved about the food to our friends, tonight it wasn't up to the same standards that we are used to. We received the food mere minutes (~20) after it was given to the Uber Eats courier, & despite us starting to eat almost immediately, the food was already cold! Moreover, the poutines that we ordered were incredibly salty which made it hard to finish…
We are aware that this establishment is able to do much, much better. We're just dumbfounded as to how this could happen…

C'était délicieux, première fois que même le faumage végan était parfait .. les burgers goûteux & remplis a souhait 🤩
Nous avons pris 2 choix de burger, une poutine & les frites de truffe & parmesan ( végan)
Malheureusement nous avions plus de place pour les desserts .... falloir y retourne
Nice little joint. My poutine was a bit soupy (needed more fries) & my milkshake was too (needed less milk & more ice cream), but man, you got a try the pulled'pork'. That was so tasty
awesome vegan poutine, burgers, & spicy chicken sandwich. & a delicious pitcher of raspberry mojito. Coupled with sitting outside in the cool ambiance, this was a perfect last dinner in Montréal.
Comí la hamburguesa de bbq y estaba deliciosa, con un side de poutine y la cerveza IPA de la casa, todo delicioso, excepto que parecía que tenían prisa de que nos fuéramos, el mesero iba cada segundo a quitar platos de la mesa y nos trajo la cuenta sin solicitarla.
Stopped in yesterday to give this place a try & I was so happy I did! The food was amazing & the service was fantastic. Prices are reasonable as well. I had the Poutine Fiancé, which was just ridiculously delicious! I also brought a Le Burger Truffle home with me to have for lunch today. If you find yourself in Montreal & are feeling a little peckish for some vegan food, stop in here. You'll be very happy you did!
We just got into Montreal & went here right after checking into our hotel. We were amazed that everything is vegan - & then even more amazed to find that all the food is wonderful! The Classic Poutine was rich & gorgeous. The burgers were all super good. In fact, I'm a vegan burger connoisseur & the Fiancé Burger was the best I've ever had! Recommend 100%!
We had two fiancé burgers & poutine after a long bike ride & everything was amazing & really hit the spot. The burgers are really tasty & service was great.
I sampled my first poutine in this Montreal establishment. Both the poutine & Caesar Salad proved enjoyable. The waitress proved especially helpful, as she offered two different sizes for both without prompting. I went with a small poutine & a large salad - a good choice given the heavy nature of poutine.
The burger was mind blowing. Not kidding. The pulled « pork » burger was one of the yummiest I've had, the'I want this at my wedding' kind of good.
The fries however were really mid, & it really hindered the dish. They had no crisp & were not seasoned, although the mayo was alright. The poutine was also not really tasty. The bathroom are downstairs & were also a bit dirty & icky.
That's the only reason I'm taking 1 star out, but honestly the burger was insane. I do recommend checking it out!
