Honnêtement… exécrable! Les burgers qu'on a reçu n'avaient rien à voir avec les photos. Trois morceau de poulet pané du maxi dans le rayon congelé avec un splash de mayo par dessu. Pire burger j'ai manger de ma vie.
Les images sur le menu sont trompeuse.Un burger au poulet il te le donne avec 3
croquettes du maxi ils parlent pas francais .Ya juste une personne dans le resto.Les frites goutent le plastique fris désoler mais si ta faim & que tu est dans le coin va au B12 en face ils vont pas te servir du pain froid & 11$ pour 3 chicken strips
Comes off as a premium burger restaurant but it's no different than McDonalds. The patty was thin & small, prob was a frozen patty. The dressings were ice cold. Really disappointing. The cleanliness of the place was lacking also, who knows how they prob keep their kitchen. My advice is avoid

Best burger I've ever had! Im not usually one for burgers however I wanted to try their #1 combo & was super impressed by the flavor & quality of the burger! I also got. Apoutine which was very good as well. Would definitely return to this location if ever back in the area.
I went to Burger Factory in Montreal with my spouse & kids, & we had a wonderful experience. We ordered burgers & were served by Adam, who was very welcoming & professional.
The burgers were absolutely delicious & very generous in size. The fries were super tasty as well. Everyone truly enjoyed the meal.
The next time we're back in Montreal, Burger Factory will definitely be one of our must-visit spots!
