Hamburger was average.
Phillysteak sub was terrible.
The meat was hard to bite thru.
They put sauce on everything so you can never really taste the meat.
The store is not well kept & is very claustrophobic. The location is not very visible.
Fries were very average. Basically really nothing special about this place. Not sure why I would ever think of going back.

The 5 stars ( for the service) are only for the Egyptian cashier - he was extremely friendly & made us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the burgers at all.

The burger was good in general, the twister fries werent crispy. The people working there are so sweet & friendly. Will definitely try again so other time

The cashier handled the cash (dollar bills & coins) & then helped her team prepare the food without changing her gloves. I notice they take turns serving at the register & none of them change their gloves. They use those dirty hands to take the fries with their hands to put them in the boxes They pick the pickles & veggies 1 by 1 with those same bacteria infected gloves. I strongly suggest the owner to invest in some pliers & utensils so the staff can use instead of their hands. Gross experience

Yesterday I visited Burger Factory , & it was an incredible experience! We ordered a funnel cake along with three burgers: the Cheese Lusy, the Juicy Lucy, & a Spicy Burger. Each burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, & packed with flavor. The Cheese Lusy & Juicy Lucy were rich & satisfying, while the Spicy Burger had just the right kick. The Oreo & Strawberry funnel cake was the perfect sweet finish to the meal. What made the experience even better was the amazing staff - they were friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a great burger!

We didn't really plan to eat here but saw it as we passed by on the way home, so didn't have much expectations but oh did not disappoint. I got really excited when I read funnel cakes on the signage as I usually can only get them at carnivals. We had the Juicy Lucy combo with sweet potato fries. Burger lived up to its juicy name & was very tasty. Fries were on point. & of course we had to try the funnel cake. We had it plain with vanilla ice cream. This thing was huge with a mountain of ice cream; It's definitely for sharing. Now I know where to get my funnel cake fix. I'm glad we found this place, it's a nice discovery. Plenty of parking & even has a charging station for electric cars. Service was friendly & fast. Highly recommend!
