"I came in for a burger, sat at the bar, ordered and then waited 1 hour for the order to arrive! after 40 minutes , the waiter did stop by to apologize and explain that it is'busy' and wait is long. i understand, but why not tell me that when i came in? one hour wait for a burger is just too long. the food was ok, but i will not risk an hour wait..."
