"Very Southern Vietnamese dishes. Specifically the Bún Mấm. This is the Ba Xuyên, Bạc Liêu, Cà Mau style (Bún nước lèo). Not Sai Gòn style bún Mấm. It is lighter fermented fish soup with slightly under cooked bigger size rice noodles. It is very interesting dish. You should give it a try. All other dishes that we had, were good too...."
