I understand this is the longest Fu Lam existing when many others have closed after the pandemic. This location serves good Chinese food & taste almost as good with dishes we are accustomed to. We dined inside during the lunch hour, & also explored their take-out service a few weeks later.

Overall, we will try the dine-in experience again.

Nice place to have lunch with a lot of choices. Either you are a meat lover or vegetarian, you will find the dish which suits you.

Stopped in for a quick lunch & was happily surprised,good variety,tasty. Buffet heaters could be a little warmer.

I went today for lunch with my grandma & it was soooo good!! $20 per person!! Great price!! We come here about twice a year & every time we go it's super good!! My favourite are the little cocktail weiners & the general tao chicken!! Thanks Fu Lam for the delicious meal!!

I recently drove an hour to Fu Lam Restaurant for lunch with my family, only to have a very disappointing experience. Before heading out, I checked Google, which showed that the restaurant was open. However, when I arrived, I was met by a very rude man who abruptly informed me that the restaurant was closed. Even though the opening hours were clearly displayed on the board, when I asked for more details about why it was closed & when it would reopen, the man rudely repeated, "I said it's closed, which means it's closed." His dismissive attitude & lack of any explanation left me with no choice but to leave. This is not how customers should be treated. The lack of communication & the rude behavior were completely uncalled for. It's disappointing to see a restaurant handle things this way, especially after making a long trip based on the information provided online. I definitely won't be returning, & I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

yea i stopped going there a few years ago i go to MING WAH further from laval but 10 times better even on week days fu lam in laval is a joke. MING WAH has a big choice of desserts really really good read the reviews so i tried it wasn't disappointed at all

One of the best Chinese buffet restaurants I tried so far in Montreal/Laval, QC area!!!

I only tried the lunch buffet which is significantly cheaper than the dinner buffet especially on weekends.

Went for lunch on Saturday February 1st, & had their buffet at $14.95. The food was horrible, dry & everything seemed reheated from the night before... the best thing there was the tap water!!!

There should be a law where if more than 30% of the food is thrown in the garbage the restaurant has to shutdown!

When I eat I want a balance of meats & other things in my dish. As for other things there is a plethora of selections, but when it comes to meat this place disappoints.

I counted a total of 3 red meats I couldn't touch because of too much sugar. I prefer sweetness in my dessert, not in my main course. Then there is chicken wings, the only meat I could eat & that is made of mostly skin & tendons. There are two other choices, hot dogs & bacon that I consider junk.

The same chain Restaurant in Montreal offers sushi & shrimp for lunch, why not this one?

Conclusion: there are other buffets that offer a variety of edible meats. I am not going back there again.
