Au fil des ans, j'ai toujours eu une expérience moyenne en ce qui concerne l'option "à volonté" du Fu Lam. & récemment, j'y suis retourné & mon opinion n'a pas changé d'un iota... à part deux détails : les prix ont augmenté & les choix ont diminué. La plupart des plats offerts sont peu goûteux (typique d'un buffet bon marché). Côté chaleur ou froideur des aliments offerts, c'est un coup de dés à chaque fois. Généralement, la nourriture est fraîche... mais on peut parfois avoir de mauvaises surprises. En ce qui concerne les employés, ils sont plutôt efficaces & professionnels. Puis les toilettes sont ok. En tout & partout, rien de bien renversant, je l'avoue, mais au moins, on revient à la maison le bedon plein... & jamais une seule fois je n'ai été malade (ce qui n'est pas le cas avec tous les buffets chinois visités). Finalement, l'option "à emporter" peut s'avérer un choix intéressant si un plat particulier nous plaît.

A very lovely experience & fine food. A great variety of selections. A special shoutout to our server Denh who provided excellent service & made sure our table was always clear & water always filled! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Highly recommend.

C'est bien d'y aller pendant la semaine, mais les soirs de week-end je trouve que c'est cher car il y a vraiment pas beaucoup de variété de nourriture. Bon service par contre.
