Depuis 1982, l’équipe de la Brûlerie offre une expérience café qui se démarque.
La Brûlerie offre maintenant une grande variété de cafés en vrac. Les cafés de spécialité sont torréfiés dans notre petit four artisanal, maximisant ainsi le développement des arômes, des saveurs et bien sûr, la fraîcheur du produit.
Les membres de l’équipe de la Brûlerie suivent un programme de formation continue afin de maintenir un niveau de connaissance élevé dans ce domaine complexe.

I stopped in here after searching for fresh ground coffee. Looked like a cool place, people on laptops, reading & such. I inquired about bagged coffee options as a souvenir gift .The barista was accommodating, took the time to explain my options & make suggestions. The coffee smelled great! Returning home, my friend said that was an excellent choice!

Great coffee, I have a super cappuccino but my friends enjoyed the sandwiches & scones. Even if it is on St Catherine it still has a nice little outdoor terrasse which was perfect. They have some cool smoothies & natural fruit popsicles to try next time I’m in the area.View more
