Aujourd'hui nous avons eu un accueil excérable à la brûlerie. C'est vrai que nous sommes arrivés à 16h40, mais l'affiche sur la porte indique que l'établissement est ouvert jusqu'à 17h. La jeune fille qui nous a'accueillis', plutôt froidement, s'est empressée de nous dire que ça fermait sous peu, & nous a servi nos cafés dans des verres en carton! Mes invitées, européennes, n'ont pas été impressionnées, & de mon côté j'ai été très gêné! Le café était bon, mais comme notre serveuse passait le balais autour des quelques tables (y compris la nôtre), je ne peux pas dire qu'on a passé un bon moment. J'ai donc une proposition : vous seriez aussi bien de fermer à 16h, pour que le personnel puisse faire le ménage entre 16h & 17h, & non pendant que nous prenons un court moment de détente. J'habite Ste-Rose & je suis un client régulier de la Brûlerie, mais suite à cette expérience négative, je ne pense pas retourner chez vous.
