I've bought there more than 20 times and they can tell me each time when it was roasted so I can ensure freshness and dial in my espressos right away. 4-21 days old coffee is the best, below that it's too early (too much degassing still) and older than 21 days it starts loosing it's prime taste and cream ability!"
