Brûlerie Caffuccino in Magog comes across as a stylish, welcoming cafe with a beautiful terrace and a relaxed vibe, where reviews repeatedly praise the ambiance, generous and well presented plates, and reliable attentive service; the coffee and desserts are frequently highlighted as excellent, with many visitors enjoying breakfast and brunch options, eggs Benedict, bagels, smoked salmon, fresh juice, and a range of pastries, while others note the value can be a bit high for the portion size and some meals are priced accordingly. The staff are described as friendly, accommodating, and professional, contributing to a warm social atmosphere and making it a go to spot during visits; a few instances mention slower service or room for improvement in drink temperature or menu balance, and one note mentions issues with the kid's beverage service, but overall feedback points to a consistently positive experience that invites a return visit.
Quiet Sunday lunch. We were greeted & seated. Things went sideways from there. My wife ordered hot water while we read the menu. Our server took our order, then a few minutes later, delivered tepid water. We then waited for 30 minutes for our food, with only a brief check-in from our server. We left before our food came. We felt somewhat invisible for the 45 minutes we were there. Based on the glowing reviews, I am guessing this was an anomaly.
Stopped in for a late breakfast. My husband has celiac & the waitress team worked together to figure out something he could eat which was so appreciated.
Freshly squeezed OJ was to die for. Great meal!

Déjeuner un peu cher pour la qualité & quantité reçu, nous n'allons pas y retourner. Il a fallu se lever pour aller payer en avant. Café pas à la hauteur de la réputation du restaurant.
