At Brookies, we specialize in gourmet, soft cookies. Inspired by the sweet things we have enjoyed over the years, our menu puts a decadent twist on cookie classics.
Brookies cookies are widely praised for being delicious, thick and moist, with a varied and creative lineup that keeps customers coming back; the service is described as friendly and the packaging often attractive, and several flavors like red velvet, strawberry shortcake, lemon, lava and churros are singled out as standouts; however a number of reviews note that the price is high for the size and some batches can taste overly sweet or lack expected notes such as matcha, and a few say the selection can be limited at some locations; overall the cookies are considered worth trying for dessert lovers and for gatherings, with many indicating they will return.
This name is very misleading. Normally, a brookie implies brownie + cookie. So, unless it was a blondie mixed with cookie or they only have one brookie, or we did not order the brookies, this was just a really thick cookie. We had 3: strawberry shortcake, Ferrero & almond. It was good, but not great. I'm not sure if it's a recipe standard or if it was just this batch but it was quite salty. We got them to share for my mom's birthday & although they were quite thick & did have some filling in regard to the flavours, it was disappointing & lacking. All in all, it was expensive for what it was & I would not say this was worth 15$ for 3.
Première expérience avec Brookies aujourd'hui & c'est des bons biscuits/brownies. J'étais surprise par leur nombreux produits différents. Étant une fan de matcha je n'ai plus m'empêcher d'en goûter un. Malheureusement, le goût du matcha était tout simplement inexistant. Le biscuit est bon mais mis à part la couleur il n'y a aucun goût de matcha dans ce biscuit. Pour le prix j'étais très déçue. Mais c'était une bonne expérience.

J'ai découvert ces nouveaux'BROOKIES' & ils sont divins !
Un savant mélange entre Brownies/biscuits.
Les six saveurs essayées étaient toutes exquises ! J'ai bien hâte de retourner goûter à toutes les autres disponibles !
De plus, la présentation dans la boîte est très belle.
Brookies : bon goût, mais peut mieux faire**
Nous avons testé les deux endroits pour leurs brookies. Côté saveur, rien à redire : c'est gourmand, bien dosé, & la diversité des choix est au rendez-vous. Cependant, le biscuit lui-même ne se démarque pas autant qu'on l'aurait espéré, surtout compte tenu du prix.
Peut-être qu'un petit passage au four ou un service légèrement réchauffé rehausserait l'expérience - la texture serait plus fondante, & les arômes resteraient en bouche plus longtemps. Une bonne option à essayer, mais avec un petit potentiel d'amélioration.
Ce sont les meilleurs biscuits que j'ai mangé. Les morceaux de chocolat utilisés pour les confectionner sont vraiment délicieux. Le seul bémol, vos boutiques sont loin de chez moi… mais ça vaut le détour!
If you want to bring something over to a gathering, this could be a pleasing option I guess. Cookies are generously garnished. Unfortunately way too sweet to my liking. You end up losing some of the main flavors like in the cinnamon one or the pecan one with no pecan at all as an example. The inner & outer icing make it... Extremely sweet. I understand rent & products to create those cookies ain't free , Ain't gonna lie, 25$ + tips for 6 cookies that mainly tasted like icing sugar/sugar isn't for me.

I love the selection, the website to order online is easy to use. Its our second time making an order for a birthday & we are super happy with it. It feels different from a cake but they are as tasty & tender! Very glad we have one in st-eustache. Also the kitchen seems super clean from what I saw & the staff was lovely!
