About us

Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, inside the Delta Hotel by Marriott Montreal, Brasserie Milton offers a gourmet cuisine inspired by Quebec’s seasons, purveyors and culinary specialties.

Through a local and seasonal menu where quality is a priority, Chef, Ron Kneabone, will convey his passion for Quebec and for the art of good food. Guests will indulge in typical Quebec dishes as well as original recipes.

Established at Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal, Brasserie Milton is the ideal place to enjoy drinks or a good meal in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Whether for breakfast or dinner, for a light snack or for a drink at the counter of our bar, our menu will satisfy all desires and appetites.

Food was yummy & the service was great. I had the Filet mignon burger with red onion & cherry jam, fried goat cheese, fennel & it was everything it was supposed to be other than the burger being a little over charred.

My bartender , Laiko, was very friendly & very helpful in serving my wife & myself . Also extremely nice when working breakfast buffet . Laiko is a very valuable staff member for sure at Delta !!

Right in DT Montreal. I have quite a few hotel stays per year. This hotel was great from checkin (got to try my French a bit & the front desk was great & actually taught me some better ways to say things - I think she was a French teacher as well). The breakfast staff was also just unbelievable - so so nice. Like overly nice in a great way. Capped it off with a quick bite late in the evening at the hotel restaurant. Khadija was our server. Just continued the excellence, she was on her third language with English, me on my second French but we made it work in such a fun way.. Delta should be so proud of the great people working here. I'll be coming to MTL a lot the next couple years & this hotel is going to be my choice. I hope management sees this & hope you understand what a great staff you have there. As a titanium elite for life I see a tonne of hotels & only mention this to give a little understanding at how many hotels I see a year. Well done.

On April 8 we had dinner served by Barbara, great attentive friendly & professional. What really stood out was the meal prepared by Chef Reneta, excellent! The execution was basically perfect. Seasonings, cook & presentation all spot on. Lamb Shank & Filet. Mahalo & Aloha Chef Reneta.

The food at dinner was very good & the price wasn't cheap but it was consistent with the quality & ambience, which is perfect.

Breakfast was another story. I checked out the $29 breakfast buffet & the selection paled next to what most hotels offer at that price point, so I ordered from the menu. The service was spot on but the meal didn't match the menu description & it was a terrible value. I ordered the potato latkes which unlike the menu description turned out to be a single sad looking latke. I also added smoked brisket for another $9 & it turned out to be two tiny little scraps of brisket the size of a golfball in total. Restaurants food costs normally run 28-35%. This breakfast was $3 worth of ingredients for $25. Not impressed. Great hotel, but I won't be eating breakfast here again. Dinner is definitely a repeat though. 5 stars for dinner & the atmosphere less 2 stars for that ridiculous, penny-pinching breakfast.
