The place was virtually empty, so no excuses for not providing hot plates food. The lamb shank was almost the same twmperature as the césar salad. However, it was an amplecserving with a tasty sauce. I just don't really like having my végétales in the meat's sauce. I I really need ro have a hit meal actually served hot! Nir room température.View more

Drinks were decent, & staff was friendly, but my meal left a lot to be desired. Ordered the striploin & it was laughably small & thin. The side garden salad was bigger & more filling than the steak. Cost over $40. Absolute ripoff.

Right in DT Montreal. I have quite a few hotel stays per year. This hotel was great from checkin (got to try my French a bit & the front desk was great & actually taught me some better ways to say things - I think she was a French teacher as well). The breakfast staff was also just unbelievable - so so nice. Like overly nice in a great way. Capped it off with a quick bite late in the evening at the hotel restaurant. Khadija was our server. Just continued the excellence, she was on her third language with English, me on my second French but we made it work in such a fun way.. Delta should be so proud of the great people working here. I'll be coming to MTL a lot the next couple years & this hotel is going to be my choice. I hope management sees this & hope you understand what a great staff you have there. As a titanium elite for life I see a tonne of hotels & only mention this to give a little understanding at how many hotels I see a year. Well done.View more
