About us
Brasserie des Rapides is a family-owned restaurant and bar located in LaSalle. Since 1990, BDR is known for it's friendly atmosphere and generous portions at reasonable prices. Everyday you can find the mother of the family, Maria Macri, in the kitchen marinating her perfectly seasoned chicken wings or cooking her classic dishes like lasagna and Fish n’ Chips.
For over 30 years, BDR is proud to serve hand-crafted dishes and provide their guests with a truly remarkable experience. With two bars, a sunny terrace, a large selection of wines and over 12 draft beers, BDR is the perfect place in Lasalle for gatherings with friends! Open every day from 7am, BDR also offers breakfast during which you can enjoy a classic eggs benedict or Belgian waffles topped with fruit and whipped cream.

Service j'ai mis 5 étoiles car je ne pouvais pas en mettre plus. Car avec le service de Liette, c'est 100 étoiles sur 5 qu'elle mérite. Toujours le sourire, toujours accueillante, toujours de bonne humeur. Elle prend soins de tout ses clients. Elle arrête jamais, toujours en train de courir mais toujours disponible pour tout le monde. Si TOUTES les serveuses & serveurs était comme elle, le mot "plainte" serais enlever du dictionnaire. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, le service incroyable, l'ambiance est parfaite. Je vous le conseil énormément. Peut importe quelle humeur vous avez, après vous être fait servir par Liette, impossible de ne pas sortir de BDR avec un sourire.View more

The service at breakfast was very slow even non-existent. I had to physically get up & chase down the waitress to place our order & then get up & chase her again to get the bill after the meal. She wasn't watching the customers & was too busy chatting with her friends at another table. I remember the service being much better than that in the past. The waiter who seated us & brought us coffee was cool. I wish he could be the one taking our order & bringing our food.View more

Was ok. But certain waitresses flirt with your partner right in front of you. Not very professional. She wasn't our waitress so it wasn't for a good tip. Maybe cut down on the shots at work. You're working. Pick up men on your own time. Ones with no date maybe. LolView more
