Nous étions 4 personnes. Mon conjoint a pris la soupe à l'oignon & nos amis le potage gourmet qu'ils ont trouvé excellent ! Pour la suite nous avons dans l'ensemble très bien mangé. Ce n'est pas le meilleure tartare que j'ai mangé ni pour les autres steak frite , filet mignon ou gnocchis mais c'était bien. Je recommande pour une belle soirée dans le vieux mtl.View more

Food was alright, steak & fries was good. BUT THE SERVICE?! NO. Service i received here doesn't match the restaurant itself. 1. Couldn't decide wanted to seat at high or low table, so I told the server I will let her know when my friend texts me back. She literally let me stand there for like 10mins. Eventually I suggested & served myself'I will sit at the low table if my friend wants to switch then we can switch to the high table' I was the one who was smiling at her all the time, this girl gave me 0 smile(suddenly I'm the server ^ ^) 2. After we finished our appetizers, we waited main courses for 40mins. People who arrived later than us got their food & eating alr. & no one came over & explain or apologize 3. One of the servers came over & asked if my friend finished her food while SHE WAS EATINGAre you joking! She was literally chewing. I don't know what's the rule for the servers but as soon as I started chewing my last shrimp, server came over & took my plate I expect restaurant like this has better quality service, or we can just pay 90$pp somewhere else with better service. If you don't train your servers then cancel the tip options when the bill comesView more

Le cappuccino était divin! Vraiment un des meilleurs que j'ai bu à Montréal. Les oeufs bénédictine au saumon étaient bons (les patates en particulier étaient très bonnes). Service très efficace, sympathique & attentionné. Le seul bémol, ce sont les vitres qui auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage parce qu'elles sont plutôt sales, empêchant de bien profiter de la vue pourtant agréable.View more

This was my favorite during our trip to Montreal. Nice decor & atmosphere, complete with a balcony DJ playing low-key songs. The food was superb. Duck confit was the best I've ever had. Service was attentive & helpful. Zero problems speaking English. I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly excellent dining experience.View more

Disappointing experience. Nearly 30% of menu items were not available along with the sparkling rose. A nice & helpful waiter but sadly the steak was tough, the bouillabais unconvincing & the charcuterie board uninspired. We chose B701 for a special occasion but sadly it fell short.View more
