Nice staff, good ice cream, a bit pricey.
The place is hidden on the side of the plaza, but trust in Google Maps & it'll get you there.
Tried the'Bouza with Madlouka' & it was very good. It is ashta ice cream topped with a layer of madlouka dough (sweet pistachio dough). It has just the right amount of sweetness to it.
The ice cream is expensive ($20/500g), but the dish I tried will get me to come back & try another specialty of theirs.
I enjoyed it.

Today, I had a delicious chocolat mou at Bouza. I have been looking for years for a place in Montreal offering it. I haven't had it for almost 40 years!! The service was excellent with big smiles. My friend had a duo of ice cream that she much appreciated. Don't miss trying their big variety of ice creams; you won't regret it!!

Vraiment délicieux crème glacée celui de Kenafeh puis baklava étais le meilleur
Le mangue était bon aussi mais le chocolat était un peu bizarre
Super service la fille nous a fait goûter toic ce qu'on voulait avant de choisir 👌❤?
Je vais revenir pour goûter les autres quand il va faire plus beau ☀?

Un vrai coup de coeur !
La crème glacée chez Bouza est tout simplement délicieuse, onctueuse & pleine de saveurs authentiques. Chaque bouchée est un vrai bonheur !
Mention spéciale à Haya, la vendeuse, pour son accueil chaleureux & son service attentionné. Elle a rendu notre visite encore plus agréable par sa gentillesse & son sourire. Merci Haya :)

A must-visit for real ice cream lovers! I ordered two scoops-pistachio & chocolate-& both were incredibly rich, creamy, & full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The portion was so generous, I was honestly surprised-in the best way! What made it even sweeter was the lovely lady at the counter who asked if I wanted nuts on top. Such a kind gesture & amazing service. This place has my heart (& sweet tooth)!

Went to this store with the family, the manager Rahaf & her staff were really welcoming & took the time to give us ice cream samples, enjoyed the ice cream there especially the mango sorbet & the Syrian ice cream was amazing, taste just like the one in Damascus ☺?

Delicious ice cream, friendly & generous staff! They insisted I try every flavour while I was waiting for the group infront of me to order.
I ended up getting a baklava icecream sandwhich & it was 10/10.
Served us a pistachio coated icecream with cotton candy as a treat for the table which was also amazing.
