J'ai pris un shish taouk classique & un de leur pita cuit au four. Assiette de patates. Tout était pas mal bon je dois dire! La sauce à l'ail est bonne, mais je trouve qu'elle manque de caractère. Ça pourrait slaper plus. Content quand même!

J'ai passé une commande en ligne via le site du restaurant, & une heure plus tard, le livreur arrive avec un sac déjà ouvert en me disant que ma commande avait été volée en chemin… & que'ça arrive parfois'. Inacceptable.
J'ai immédiatement contacté le restaurant pour obtenir un remboursement complet, incluant le pourboire, puisque le livreur a clairement compromis la commande. On m'a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire parce qu'ils passent par DoorDash. De leur côté, DoorDash m'indique que le remboursement doit être traité par le restaurant puisque le paiement a été effectué sur leur site. Résultat : un véritable cercle vicieux où personne ne prend responsabilité.
Aucune bienveillance, aucun service à la clientèle digne de ce nom, ni du restaurant ni de la plateforme de livraison.
Je vous conseille fortement d'éviter de commander en ligne.

& en plus de ca le monsieur touchait nos pitas sans gants & en lui faisant la remarque il nous a répondu ya 40 ans personne n'utilisez des gants & ils sont toujours vivants !!! C'est vraiment très grave
